I know quite a few people that cannot live without their cell phone, they have it in on 24/7....and they are not doctors, surgeons, etc. You can't even mention what happens if they misplace it!!!

I must confess, I take mine everywhere with me. . . even into the bathroom! I know that sounds weird!

Cell Phone addict? No. But I do have it with me most all the time except at work. I can return a call if i miss it. My cell is the only phone I have cause I can use it at home and away so I don't see any reason to have a land line. My kids use it more than I do but I still never go over my monthly.

I have mine with me at all times, but am not talking on it 24/7. And yes, I freak a "little" if I can't find it b/c I have no home phone - that IS my home phone. And now if I misplace it, I can't call it anymore to track it down! LOL

But, I DO think it's very rude of people to talk when they're in a checkout line or at the movies or in a very public place where people are watching a show or activity.

These people need SLAPPED!!!!!

Thankfully, I'm not addicted to my cell phone. While I like having it with me, I don't feel the need to use it that much - especially while I'm driving. How some drivers think they can pay attention to their own driving and drivers around them while they're talking on a cell phone is beyond me. To me, the really scary cell phone drivers are the ones driving on the freeway, just yapping away while they're driving 85+ mph. And they don't seem to have a clue as to what is wrong with that picture.

MANY PEOPLE USE ONLY THEIR CELL AND HAVE CANCELLED THEIR LANDLINES COMPLETELY....SOME ARE IN BUSINESS OR ON CALL TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT AND THEY MUST HAVE THEIR CELL ON AND AVAILABLE BECAUSE THEIR INCOME DEPENDS ON IT....NOT ALL, BUT SOME ARE ADDICTED AND ITS AS IF THEY WERE BORN WITH A BENT ARM HELD TO THEIR EAR.....
