what do you do?? i cant wear tampons and i HAVE to wear a dress and its a full length dress??

I just wear a pad and then I will wear those tight spandex shorts or playtex body slimmers- they are very similar to spandex shorts but a little tighter- this eliminates the panty lines and keeps everything from moving around.

I don't understand how this matters. How do you handle this when you wear pants? You wear underwear and a pad right? Why not with a dress?
If you can't use tampons have you tried Instead or the Diva Cup?

wear a pad then.Also, there is specially designed underwear you can wear under tight dresses so it doesn't show through. I hope this helps.

Just try wearing a pair of dark short shorts(you should have said what color the dress is)under yoiur dress. Or what ever color that doesn't show through your dress.....and wear your pad. .......Have fun!

Come on......don't you think that this is a pretty delicate question to be broadcasting all over the world? Yes....I know that we all know about periods, but geez couldn't we have a little more class in this world?
Wear a pad and be done with it.

You can wear a pad. They do make thin ones and they arent noticable... I like Always brand.

get a good pair of underwear kinda on the tight side but look for seamless it smooths out any visible lines and a good pair of active leggs pantyhose work the best. goodluck.

wear spankys under your dress (they are like leggins) so it wont form a line oh and a pad

Just use a pad, as normal with the appropriate undergarments....you can wear panties with hose.

I just wear pads...pantyhose can work wonders in covering the lines.
