Spray your clothes in the closet!

Spray it in the air and then walk through it. Only do it once - no need to keep repeating. As perfume wearers grow more accustomed to the scent they wear they lose the ability to sense how strong the smell is and have a tendency to increase the amount they wear.

You should also be cognizant of the mix of scents between perfume, lotions, hair products, etc. Sometimes the mixture is not at all good.

Last, please be sensitive to those around you with allergies or respiratory problems and particularly if you are visiting a medical facility/doctor's office.

If it is an actual perfume and not a body spray I spritz it in the air and walk through it. I do spray some under my breast (just a little ) because as I work through out the day it gives off just a little scent ..like when I move around , bend over etc. it does this because of my body heat. I have never been told I smell to strong and where I work they would tell me!!

Do not use a perfume. Go to somewhere like Bath and Body that sells body splashes and get one of those. They are a lighter scent and you can spray them through the day to either create more scent or don't use them as much for a lighter scent. I wear them from there and I don't smell them but everyone else always says I smell really good. Also if you think the walking through it is gay, get a roll one one that you can just dab here or there.

I always get my perfume in a spray form. You spray it in front of you, wait a second, and then walk into the perfume cloud. It doesnt concentrate the scent on one part of your body, and it seems to be a lighter touch than spraying it directly on your skin.

everyone has said to spray some and walk through it. when i tried that i found that it didn't last that long because it's on clothing.

what i do is spray a little bit onto my wrist. (don't push the sprayer all the way down, just half-way so some perfume comes out).
rub both wrists together and then rub your wrists to your neck.

it's not too strong, and it makes you smell greatt :)

good luck!

When you buy the perfume make sure it's not a strong fragrence perfume in the first place.

I like this one you can never put it on too strong.

After your shower, before you get dressed, spray the perfume into the air in front of you, and walk through the mist.

If you're looking for a lighter effect with your perfume, spray upwards and walk through the mist...

It gives a gentle scent that isn't focused in one particular area.

Good luck!

Swtich the fragrances frequently. After a while you become desensitized to the fragrance and wnat to put more and more on, thus, suffocating the people around you. Switching it up will make you smell what others smell!

To avoid "overdose," squirt the fragrance into the air above or directly in front of you and "walk" into the falling mist. If you choose to spray your body directly from an atomizer, apply it to your body trunk and rub your skin to distribute the fragrance.
