fox soccer channel is your best bet an it's free, spanish channel has some good games every once in a while on the weekends, If your looking to pay, then get gol tv

espn usually carries some of the MLS games, and there is foxsports soccer if you can get it through your cable provider

fox soccer channel is the only one i have...sometimes they show the MLS on like ONN or something...
