A lady down the street rents with a simple handshake, no contracts. So, I would say there is someone out there that will.

Yes there are people out there that will, People have problems in life and it isn't because they want them.Most just want a chance at a fresh start. This all comes with conditions though such as a minimum of six months rent up front along with a security deposit and renters insurance. Most people will agree to this because they are being honest with themselves and turn out to be good responsable renters. So who ever it is wheather you or a friend hold your head high and keep looking .Your bound to find something ...Good Luck !

I would if you pay me 1 year in advance and give me a huge damage deposit. haha Would you rent some of your property to someone like that?
