John J is correct

1st 18 A
2nd 30 B
3rd 4 C
4th 26 D
5th 22 E

18+30+4+26+22=100
there are many ways of doing it. But first label the bowls in order A,B,C,D

A+B = 48
D+ E = 48

(A+B)+C+(D+E) = 100
48 + C + 48 =100
C + 96 = 100
c = 4

Now you have one and can solve the next two

B+C =34
B+4 = 34
B = 30

C+D = 30
4+D=30
D=26

Then the first and last one:

A+B=48
A+30 =48
A=18

D+E=48
26+E=48
E=22
