its ok for america to remember but in australia the event did not affect my life nor the life of any one i know so why dose the news keep bringing it up.

This year is the 5 year anniversary of the Twin Tower bombings, that's why the news covers it. Also i think that some ppl care about how the families involved are coping 5 years on.

It's like when Princess Diana died, the world seemed to fall apart with the news of her death, it's the same thing with Twin Towers.

Maybe you should turn the tv off if you dont want to see it.

Why is it when a family member dies, every year ppl go to their graves to remember the life which that person had. Do you think that we should simply forget about people when they die??

Because it was one the first and biggest tragedies of the 21 century. While it doesn't have a direct effect on the people of other countries historically it has an effect on the entire world for one reason or another. I realize that you may be tired of hearing about it but it has a major effect on what the world deems "The Greatest Country in The World"

Well for starters a good "dose" of news would be great for all you children of ex-convicts and prostitutes. Maybe some real truth would make you realize that you are not alone on that piece of trash Island where you live.

Those towers represented the declaration of war by jihadists. Every muslim is under orders to conduct this Jihad as quoted in the Quaran. It is a commandment.. no one is excluded from obeying that commandment.

you need to know about this to protect your own country, to bring down America is a major goal, then they move to the next country.

Why are you acting this way?Would it have been better if it happened in austraila and to people you knew and loved?Alot of innocent lives were taken in that tragedy,wifes,mothers,sisters,fathers,aunts,unckles,children,brothers.Have some heart.
