Try using Adobe audition. you can edit any type of sound files (midi, wav, mp3...)

i dont know what can you use to fix music but you can get free music if you have limewire

BUY AN APPLE COMPUTER. IT COMES WITH SOMETHING CALLED GARAGEBAND. THAT IS ALL YOU NEED TO BE A SUCESSFUL MUSICAN. AND U CALL ALSO BUY EXPANSIONS FOR IT.
