Start off by looking at the Southwestern US states and at Florida. You will find the greatest spanish influence in these areas.
Here is a freebie... "Florida" is a spanish name.

Any place that starts with El, San, or Los to begin with. Colorado and Florida are both Spanish names. So is my home--Pueblo.
