Put some antibiotic ointment (neosporin)on the wound after cleaning it with a damp clean cloth everyday, and just keep her living area extra clean, and feed her fresh veggies, like peas, celery, cucumber with her other mix... thats pretty much it, make sure she doesnt get dehydrated. She will Love you even more if you save her. She knows you care, just done be afraid to handle her, and if she trys to bite, put on some gloves while you treat her wounds.

Hamsters are really good at keeping themselves clean. Keep the cage clean don't change the diet because that can lead to a new set of problems. It's best if you don't put neosporin on the eye. But see if you can tell if it's the eye itself or the lid. Putting on ointment the wrong kind for the injury is not a good idea. I've had a hamster that injured her eye does yours blink at all. If not then she could have injured her eye. There are ointments that are safe for their eyes but only prescription by a vet. Find a vet that specializes in exotic animals, and explain your situation about your mom not wanting to bring her to the vet. Maybe they can do a consultation for free or recommend someone who can. But in the mean time keep an eye on her. My hamster didn't die from her injury but I also took her to the vet. The other wounds should heal themselves because she will keep them clean. Good luck

callyour local petco or petsmart. they have people there that know alot about what to do plus they have cheap well cheaper than vet medication if needed. I had this lady call me with the same problem wash out the cuts and give the hurt hammir fruits and veggies....no citrus to keep it up to speed and keep it warm and in a quiet place. Chances are the more you trying helping the more time it has to live if not alot of hammie fights end deadly. i couldnt tell you how many poor little guys i would have to clear out at work! good luck

Gently clean the cuts if you think they are dirty. If you think they are not dirty, leave them alone. I would not use an antibacterial ointment as she might eat it by trying to clean the cuts herself. Keep her warm and dry and keep the cage ultra clean with fresh bedding. Keep the lights low and don't handle her any more than you have to. By doing this, you will be doing almost everything the vet would do. Now just give her time to heal. Go on-line and try to find info on hamster care. I don't know much about hamsters, but I know lots about rabbits. It may be that hamsters are like rabbits in that they are very territorial and have to be housed separately. Before I learned this, I had a major rabbit fight! One got cut up like your hamster, but he recovered on his own just fine. I really wish you and your hamsters well! Sounds like you are doing your very best to take care of them. Good luck!

Keep a really close eye on the hurt hamster. You might want to dab the hurt area's with a mixture of water & peroxide. Just very lightly, dab it with a q-tip.

In the future, syrian hamsters (golden hamsters, teddy bear hamsters, etc) are solitary creatures, and should never be put in together.

Like Serena said, wash the cuts. I somehow don't thikn any bones are broken, but I wouldn't know as I can't look at your hamster and I'm not a vet.

I would be worried about the eye possibly getting infected. Has they eye itself been injured, or possibly just the lid?

If you call your local animal shelter, they might be able to put you in touch with a Vet that will check her out free of charge. Many humane societies will bend over backwards to help a kid that wants to help an animal. Give it a shot!

There's a chance that she won't make it. Just keep them seperated and wash out her cuts. They can survive being blind in one eye.

Do the only thing to make you and your hamster one. Put it in the oven, bake on 350 for 18 minutes, and eat him
