just recently got an industrial piercing....wanted to know about care?

I know about the anti-bacterial soap and sea salt to a minimum..can anyone inform me...and i wanted to know that like a regular ear piercing, do i have to spin or twist the barbell

clean it everyday with the anti bacterial soap, the sea salt only when it hurts, and yes spin it clock wise and counter clock wise everyday. so the crusties don't build up and bury into the piercing.
