I saw a photo of a person on line the other day, and I don't know how to describe the gender because this person has large breasts AND a huge penis. IS this person a hermaphrodite? I've never seen one with my own eyes, and I do NOT know anyone who is one. Is it correct to describe this person a hermaphrodite?

I would not judge a person's looks that God gave them. If it was not altered in anyway. As you know, people these days do everything they want to their body through hormones and plastic
surgery. So, my answer is, if God did not do it, it was that person's decision to look that way.
Real hermaphrodites do not expose themselves to others to draw questions about themselves. These people (hermaphrodites) are far, few and between.
So be careful on judging what you see. What you see is not always what you see.

No. In order for the person to be a hermaphrodite. They would have to have a penis and a vagina. Both of which usually do not function well.

A person born with sexual characteristics of both sexes is a hermaphrodite.
A person with "add-ons" is a different story!

No I don't think this is a hermaphrodite...I think the definition of a hermaphrodite means that they have a complete set of both sexual organs.....this could just be someone with a huge penis and breast enlargement...I dunno
