Since UFO only means an unidentified flying object, I can only say they must be real, just unidentified.
As far as aliens, there are even official government identifications for folks that are resident aliens, so I'm going to say yes.

Yes, they are definitely real. First start with this premise: How big is the Universe? A loaded question, the Universe can have no boundaries, because if it ends, what is on the other side? Therefore the Universe is infinite? An infinite universe means an infinite number of chances for the right factors to be in place for life to exist. How can we arrogantly think that this whole universe is ours alone?
Once you agree that there must be life elsewhere, it simply becomes a question of whether it is possible to visit us. Don't listen to idiot mathematicians and physicists who say it is impossible. They are basing their opinions on MAN's knowledge. 600 years ago we believed in witches, thought the World was flat, and wiped our a$$es with our left hands. We know nothing. An infinite universe, with infinite possibility for life, with INFINITE TIME for that life to evolve and come up with the technology to travel too us. Time had NO BEGINNING. If there was a beginning, what happened before? Wasn't THAT TIME???
Look at the NAZCA plain of Peru. Why were stone-age people making gigantic pictures that could only be viewed from the sky? They couldn't fly.
Read the Bible and see how many "Chariots of Fire" there are. Try Ezekiel.
Read a book called "Chariots of the Gods?" and see if you don't ask some questions.

UFO stand for Unidentified Flying Object. This means you you don't know what it is, it qualifies. Notice there is not implication of extra terrestrial origin in there.
So, as long as there is something flying that is too far for you to tell what it is, it IS technically a UFO. Therefore UFO are real.
In most people view, however, they assimilate UFO= ship from another planet. And if you mean this by your question, then my answer is that I do not believe aliens from outer space are coming here.
Let's assume that there are aliens for a moment. If they come from another planet, then their technology is much more advanced than ours. But we have spy satellite that can take a snapshot of you from space without you knowing it. Do you see that satellite?
So why would alien bother coming in the atmosphere and risk detection? Actually, if they don't want to be seen, how come they do not have super stealth technology, which means you would not even see their ship as a UFO?
If you were an alien and wanted to know about earth, what would you do? Come down in an atmosphere filled wit h microbes that can be deadly to your exotic biology, or stay in orbit and tune in TLC and Discovery channel and learn all you can from the comfort of your own ship?
That is why I do believe in aliens coming down to earth. Because this is not the smartest way to get information.

When I was a kid and driving back from the beach with my family we were stopped by the sheriff along with a whole bunch of other people because of something unexplained in a field near the road ahead. No one knew what it was and the military showed up and even they didn't approach the thing. We were turned around and detoured. Now I don't exactly believe but I don't disbelieve either.

really it's weird
but i don't think they exist
cuz of mny reasons
we send mens to many places we were in the space
we didn't found anu species
so they didn't come to us
at least to Egypt where iam livng
so i dona think they r here

Organisms from other planets are, but they are only microorganisms. That is all that scientists have found so far that is living. I do not believe in aliens. I used to, but I do not anymore.
