I don't think so. Okay follow me on this one. Piercings are meant to be shown, right? Should a 13 year old be showing her belly button? NO. Too young. Belly piercings, especially, are seen as sexy. Should a 13 year old get a sexy piercing? NO.
where i live, you need to be 18 to do it without parents concent and i think that is a good age.

NO, NO and NO again. She is way to young. Wait until they are 16. Most parents won't let piercings happen until 16 as that is a more reasonable age. She is going through a stage where she wants what she sees, she doesn't realize that it's there for the rest of her life and things will be different fashion wise in a couple of years.

I personally don't think a 13 year old girl should get her belly pierced. Also, I'm sure your parents will not be happy about it.

I don't think it's look right, in my opinion. I have a son. I've decided that he can't have a girlfriend until he's 17. He can however hang out with girls meaning: go to dances, prom, the game. If he brought home a girl who was showing of that much skin and i noticed her belly piercing.....he better belive I don't approve of her! I think if she wants that much attention at that age, then she's watching too much MTV. Who does she want to see it anyway?

No one should get their belly pierced. It can lead to infection and never looks good.

13 is slightly young, but i will tell you this. if she wants it bad enough she will do it herself and end up with a bad infection (many of my friends did this) also, ask her if she ever wants children, becuase if she does she will have a hole big enough to fit her pinky through. another thought is don't let her put in a big gaudy chandelier earring kinda thing or anything that has the playboy bunny or says "sexy B****" or anything dumb like that. in the end, its up to you whether to get it done or not, these are just a few things to keep in mind.

Piercing is for ugly girls, not for you.
Piercing detracts from natural beauty.
If some ugly girl wants to wear pieces of scrap metal all over her body, who cares.
