Half a billion years is too short a time for the sun to swell and go giant (and it will NOT blow up, the sun is too small a star to be able to explode), that should not occur before another about 4 billion years.

However, the sun is getting warmer, and this planet may become too hot for life, and the ocean will boil, before this 4 billion years; but 500 million years is probably too short a time for this to happen.

NO...i think in 500,000,000 that the devil and the devil believers will have taken over the world and us christians will become slaves until the lord comes and saves us...and then it will be the end of the world, and then God will make a new one and start over! just my believes.

Are you worried about it ? I wouldn't.
If it happens in 100 years would you still worry if you can't do anything about it ? Do you realize how long a time is 1/2 billion years. Count to 5000 and you'll get an idea how absurd your question is. I'll bet you can't make it to 800.

definately because our sun is a star and its end come in the form of supernova then no chance of our earth to be safe from that explosion.or its end come in the form of a star like other stars which first enter into its red giant phase even then our earth will not be safe .so end of earth is sure but it is very long time period.

No. The sun will last a few more billion years before it fizzles out.

Nope, this earth and life on it is in more danger from itself than the Sun and other natural disasters.

The only thing that is certain, we all probably will be dead by then. Unless a cure for old age is invented!
