I changed my Sent Items.dbx to Sent Items.old. How do I recover them?

My guess is you need to keep the .dbx extension in order for an import to work (since it wants to know the type of program first of all)... So move the file to a different folder, rename it to .dbx then try File/Import from the Outlook Express menu.
