I dont think sometimes hot is as much in what you wear as it is in who you are. Its attitude, self assurance and how you carry and present yourself. CLothes help sure, but its also what you are as a person too.

i think people who are considered to be hot have a certain mindset. they are most often confident (but not over the top cocky), have a positive attitude, and are funny/nice/etc.

looks are usually secondary to the personality.
