Who here thinks JonBenets parents killed her?
I most definately do not and this is why.. The DNA evidence that Cleared John Mark Karr also cleared Both her parents and brother, so with that been said.. Do you still think they did it?

I dont believe she was sexually abused at all as when the autopsy was completed it would have been indicated and it was not, so I dont believe the father sexually assulted her. The family had nothing to gain but everything to lose from her death, it doesnt make sense to kill her.

If anyone in the family was involved.. I think suspician should fall on the brother!

Definately! if not directly they were involved......ive always thought the father was having sex with her, the mum found out and instead of hating the pedofile hubby she was jealous of her daughter and she organised the killing, the dad knows and covered it up so that the wife wouldnt broadcast that he's a pedofile.

Nah, I don't see a nice, rich family like that killing their own daughter who they obviously loved a lot. Look how well documented that little girl's childhood was. And the handwriting analysis was wrong. Only like 1 out of the 5 analysts said there was even a slight possibility it was written by the mom.

Who knows. It's not like the OJ case where there's actually evidence against them. One day the killer will be found and everyone will feel bad for putting that family through even more hell than they already have been through.

Her brother Burke never gave a DNA sample because the cops decided that he was too young to have bashed her head in like that.I ain't buying it though. There's something very fishy about that case and until the cops give Burke a DNA test to clear his name I'll continue to be suspicious as to what really happened. I do believe that it was an accident though.I'm not surprised about the allegations of sexual abuse. Brothers and sisters sometimes goof around because they're curious. Grosse huh... Patsy died not only from grief but from holding something terrible in inside that she wasn't able to talk about .They all know what happened and probably swore to never talk about it again.Very sad indeed.

I think Patsy took the "secret killer" to the grave with her... I also think that since she was fixing to die she wanted all eyes off of her- that's where John Mark Karr comes in- I think Patsy wanted John to be her scapegoat....

Do you already know how plenty money those pageants fee? thousands of parents take section in them with their toddlers. this is arguable, yet no longer inevitably perverted. relatively of seeing a mom who spent thousands of greenbacks on her daughter, who DOTED on her alluring daughter, anybody basically observed a monster. Did you no longer pay interest in any respect? That cop there had a private vendetta against them because of the fact he believed that they did it and he splashed it everywhere in the information with pictures of their daughter all made up understanding that the yankee public could fall for his trick and discover it repulsive and hyperlink that to them being in charge. The Ramseys weren't in any respect charged meaning that the state did no longer have adequate info to hyperlink them to the crime.

I do believe strongly that her parents were involved. I really recommend a book called "Mortal Evidence". It is written by Dr. Cyril Wecht, who is a world renowned medico-legal expert. This may shed some light on your opinion, I found it very informative. God bless!

I think that case is so far beyond repair that we may never know who is responsible. The DNA may have cleared the parents of direct involvement, but it does not clear them of all culpability. I think someone knows something that they have withheld and that is wrong. Beyond that, I'm tired of hearing about it. Let us know when it gets solved.

I said it ten years ago when it happened. They were definately involved in some way not known. The single piece of evidence that condemns them is that stupid ransom note. It just doesn't make sense. Have you read it?
