If the fluid is in the bottle, and not completely dried out, add alcohol, and shake well.
Let it sit about 5 minutes or so, and shake again.
Now is should be ready for use.

Most corectiion fluids today are latex so if it isn't to dried out you could try using water sparingly Good Luck !

If it is completely dried out, you should throw it out.

If it is just thick, you can get white out thinner to thin it out with. Probably just as easy and better to buy a new bottle of White Out.

If it's not completely dried you can add white-out thinner. If it is completely dried, buy a new bottle.

let it dry flake off as much as you can then try dabbing goof off on it...
