a creep was following this chick so she scremaed loudly. "STOP FOLLOWING ME YOU CREEP." and so the people around her started yelling it at him also so he stopped following her and the phrase just took off. it originally origintaed in tokyo, Japan. and then an American heard it and took it to the great states. =]

umm.. that isn't really an expression.. it is just asking someone to quit stalking you.. there are a lot of words you can put in for creep.
