the guy they based the movie on isnt white!......hes a black man,so the white guy in the movie is wrong! it seams they needed to do their homework! ......by the time they figured it out the movie was already in the theaters. i saw this on the news the other day? did you know about this? thats just messed up!

i cant find the story,but the guy was black! thats horrable! they said when they first started makeing the movie they didnt know anything about the guy so they casted a white actor for the roll,oops! hes black.

it dose matter that like if your sister was killed and they said to you were going to make a movie of her life,(lets say your sister is mexican)...and they get a asian girl to play your sister? that wouldnt upset you at all? hmm

Yeah its like that in ''World Trade Center'' ... its the only bad thing about the movie. Everyone else's racial profiles and images were very close to the actual survivors, the one guy Will I think his name was, was really mexican, the other really had a mustache, they were really both caucasion....etc..etc ...why couldnt his character be too? I'd love to see what the excuse would be from the person whose idea it was!!! That is REAL messed up.

I didn't know anything about that....Its too bad if the story is true. I still haven't seen the movie, but I would really like to. I would also like to see the World Trade Center movie, but its hard to go to the movies when I am a single mom with my two little ones that are always with me.
If the report that the guy was black instead of white, then I think they should make it more public...just for respect of the individual and their family.

I believe they were actually referring to one of the principals in "World Trade Center", not the recently released on DVD "United 93".

And, well, That's a terrible mistake...it will be on the DVD that there was a mistake.
