i've heard both the evanescence and nirvana versions of the song and i love both. but whats been buggin me is that i dont know whose song it was first?
and which one do YOU like better?

Yeah do you think Simple Man is a shinedown song as well? Nirvana was defunct before Evanescence was in high school, let alone a band. You think Dave Grohl is just the lead singer of Foo Fighters, I mean arguably Nirvana was one of the top three reasons of the resurgence of rock. Nirvana song is way better, go buy one of their cds and listen to it.

nirvana was around YEARS before evanescence. I prefer the nirvana version personally. Curt Cobain was brilliant.
