Does it feel full? Try standing up, tilting your head to the side that feels clogged, and hit the opposite side of your head.

Does your ear hurt if you give a tug to the earlobe or top of the cartilage? That's swimmers' ear. Mix equal parts of white vinegar and rubbing alcohol and put several drops in that ear four or five times a day. Dry your ears completely after swimming or showering - use a hair dryer set on low if necessary.

If you have other kinds of ear pain, see your doctor.

I know.. I know.. I know!!! all people say RUN to your doctor.. But when I get water trapped, I have a small syringe that I have had for a long time. I fill it with luke warm water.. NOT HOT.. I lean my ear over a basin and I softly squeeze the syringe of luke warm water in my ear.. over and over again and let what comes out run into the basin.. then I take a q tip and softly dry out the ear.

You can try a hair dryer on the no heat setting, or tip your head to the side that feels like it has water in it and gently pull down on your ear lobe to encourage drainage. Sometimes if you have a build up of ear wax in will prevent water from draining properly.

You can buy a commercial product for "swimmer's ear" or i have just added a few (3-4) drops of rubbing alcohol. it feels weird, but the alcohol mixes with the water and they both evaporate from your ear. but if your ear really hurts, may be infected, maybe see a Dr.

Tilt your head and put in some rubbing alcohol. After a few seconds, tilt your head back down allowing the alcohol and water to come out.

They have the drops for swimmer ears. Also I agree with other people but instead of rubbing alcohol I suggest hydrogen peroxide it will be better for your ear canals

There's a recipe for drops- white vinegar and peroxide I think? Google it! You put a few drops in your ear and it dries up the water. Google- recipe swimmer's ear.
