whenever i right-click on a file to zip, I get an error that states "ipworks6.dll"?

Question

what is this error? How do I correct it? i still run Windows ME but not for long.

the zip/right-click is just an example of when the error shows itself. the error also pops up when i simply try to left-click to delete an item. here is a link to an image of the error:

Try downloading an unzip program like 7-zip and open it up and then have it unzip whatever program you need unzipped

it's a free open source program

I don't know what the error is though
