What is NCLEX-RN
NCLEX- RN the National Council
Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses is one-day exam, which is given only in the USA and its territories, six times a week every month. Certain States in the USA require the nurse to pass the NCLEX-RN exam only, in order to take up employment as a registered nurse in that State. Other States require the nurse to pass the
CGFNS exam first, prior to coming to the USA. Thereafter, the nurse has to pass NCLEX-RN exam in the State where they are going to take up employment.
Passing the CGFNS qualifying exam will help you to feel reasonably assured of success in the NCLEX-RN exam.
Your Results
Your answer sheet will be scored by a machine. Your grade will be either "PASS" or "FAIL". You will be notified of your numerical score and the score required to pass the exam. Test results are usually available in six to eight weeks.
