Yes, Mederma can work on acne scars. It takes a little longer and you have to be good about applying the treatment several times each day during the course of the therapy. I work with the product and would be happy to send you a sample. Please reply to awear@quixotegroup.com.

Mederma® is an onion-extract-based topical gel produced by Merz Pharmaceuticals of Greensboro, NC. Mederma's marketing claims it can make scars "softer, smoother, and less noticeable". A 2006 published peer reviewed research article indicated no statistically significant change in scar appearance from products of this type. However, a 1996 study into the therapeutic values of onion and garlic found that they may act as an anti-inflammatory and bacteriostatic and in 2002, researchers found that Mederma improved collagen organization after injury in rabbits.

OMG, yes it does... I use it all the time !!! it gets rid of everything just be sure to use it everyday!!! and u will see the results. its better than Neosporin... You can get Mederma at walmart for like 22.00!!!

Yes, however, if I were female I would simply go with a base, cover and the usual make-up. Mederma is just simply a "cover" than you rub on, try it, it does work.

If your really unhappy and you have insurance or your parents do, see a dermatologist about it.
