If diabetes then you will have major thirst with the hunger and the hunger will be for starchy or high carb foods. If baby then it will be for just any food and there will not necessarily be major thirst just major urination. So go to a doc and find out which one.

Hmmm.. I have felt exactly the same way for the last few days. except for the frequent urination. I am pre-menstural right now, so that could be part of it, the moon is also full, and that in conjunction with retaining extra water can have an impact.

Try drinking lots of water and chewing gum when you get the urge to munch. You probably aren't actually hungry, you just want to eat. There IS a difference... If this doesn't help in a day or so, see the Doc... could be something else like others suggested... best of luck!

Could be a bunch of things. It is a full moon with a total lunar eclipse - that will make anyone feel like that. It could be PMS, stress, the seasons changing. Give it two weeks, if you don't feel better, go see the doctor. Try to not take your grumpiness and stress out on other people though, that will just make things worse.
