This is ALL of the information that is given to the question.

In some codes, letters are switched with other letters. One way to break this kind of code is to examine the frequencies of the letters used in everyday language and then to compare these frequencies with the frequencies of letters used in the coded message.
The location of the letters in a word can also help you to decide which letters are vowels.

Decode the following:

ERASE THE TAPE AND GIVE ME YOUR BOAT! (or COAT)

or possibly:

EXILE THE TIME INC ROSE BE FAUX WAIT
EXILE TSE TIME ICY HAVE WE KNOX UNIT
YMT?Y SKY STAY THE ONLY BY FIRM PITS
OHN?O IBO INTO NEW ALSO DO MUCH ZUNI
ERODE SHE SOME OWN FIVE BE ?A?R LAOS
STARS DOS DAMS ANY CUBS IS KEPT HEAD
EYRIE THE TRUE RFC LOVE WE MANY PART
(but those don't make much sense...)

By the way, you have asked the exact same question multiple times. It would really help to know what this puzzle is from (e.g. is it from Neopets or a specific site? Is it part of a homework assignment? Is it there any specific context? Are there other codes with it? I've provided the same answer every time, but all you do is just ask it again, so I'm guessing this is not the answer you expected. How about some more clues so we can help. I've tried lots of combinations, so if it isn't the above answer, you need to give us more information.)

IGAFI MOI MAVI APW XUTI NI ZDBG JDAM

The most common letter above is I, so I thought it might equate to the most common English letter of E.

E---E --E ---E --- ---E -E ---- ----

Next I guessed the second word might be THE, since that is a very common word:

E---E THE T--E --- ---E -E ---- ---T

I then tried to think of five letter words that started and ended with E.

ERASE seemed like a good word for a secret message.

ERASE THE TA-E A-- ---E -E ---R --AT

I guessed that the third word might be TAPE (other choices like TAKE, TALE, TAME, etc. didn't make sense)

ERASE THE TAPE A-- ---E -E ---R --AT

Another common English word is AND so I tried that for word #4

ERASE THE TAPE AND ---E -E ---R --AT

I thought the sixth word might be BE, ME, WE, but no clue at this point. However the fifth word seems like a verb might work and then it might be ME

ERASE THE TAPE AND ---E ME ---R --AT

Now, the remaining vowels are I, O and U.

The seventh word looked like it should be ?OUR (FOUR, HOUR, POUR, SOUR, YOUR, but some of these letters were already used.)

ERASE THE TAPE AND ---E ME -OUR -OAT

There's one remaining vowel which will probably go in word five.

ERASE THE TAPE AND -I-E ME -OUR -OAT

Then it's just a matter of picking from the remaining unused letters to find 4 we haven't used that might make a comprehensible sentence.

ERASE THE TAPE AND GIVE ME YOUR ?OAT

This is where I guessed because it could be BOAT or COAT.
