We ar smole group of six friends but we dont have leader or boss.So i ask now, how to lead some little group like that.Nobody dont take any actions about that, so i am first of my friends, so pls give me the answer or advice,thanx!

Boss is a tough job. You have to give your group direction. Where do you want your group to go in life? You have to be able to listen to their opinions. IF you do not, then you are a dictator. The group will break up. Have meetings to see what everyone is thinking, everyone wants. If they say nothing, then they are happy with what decisions you are making for them. That is a good boss.

Always ask people like, you're asking a favor. "Could you please do this" Would you please do this,when you have time?? And ALWAYS end the sentence with "thank-you".
