what is DrWatsonPostMortemDebugger?

Question

where did it come from? how do i get rid of it? Its messing up my email and i think it deleted a bunch of email I.D.'s from my adress book. Left the name's just took the email adresseses. It's blocking my 'attachments' from getting through also. Says'invalid file'

Can anyone help me please!?
