there both funny and smart but Owen can sometimes be a jurk and hes my friends EX but Kevin sometimes wants me to cheat and dont realy like that so should I choose

Ok for one, you said that you like these two guys, so that leads me to believe that you are dating neither one at this time. So my question is how can the guy Kevin ask you to cheat when I am assuming that you are not with anyone at the time. Two, only you can decide what is best for you. You know both these guys, we don't. It would be easy for me to say one or the other or to say neither. But the best thing I can say is give it time. Don't rush into a relationship that you will regret later. Maybe you can be honest with the both of them and tell them that you like qualities in both of them and you would like to find out which one is the better for you and that you could date. or just be friends with both of them and let nature take its course. And finally, if one of these guys is your friends EX then the question would be why is he your friends EX and would it hurt your friendship to date a guy your friend use to date?

You young and you should not have to choose. Your choosing your friends, not a life partner at this time. So you can have both of them as friends. If you were getting serious, then you need to choose the one that treats you right most of the time.
