This might sound crazy, but it worked for me in high school and college. I took the tests backwards. Start with the last page and work your way to the front. And maybe, you could study for 20 mins a day for 3 days to a week before your test so you don't cram so much the night before. That helped me too. I just wish I had started that earlier in my school years!!

i know what you propose. that's straightforward to understand the textile, yet something about the be conscious "try" scrambles each thing. I took a study skills type that protected try taking ideas. i'm fantastically sturdy with tests now.

1. relax

2. change your mind. if you keep insisting you freeze up for a test then that's exactly what your body is going to do, because that's what it expects.

relax, study the material. don't cram, don't sit there for hours. study, for about 20 minutes and then walk away. come back about 20 minutes later, study a bit more, walk away. helped me a LOT!!!

The best thing to do is to study the material....all of it...unless its a state test...then its what you learned. Stay CALM. Don't stress, stressing actually makes you have a brain fart....stay focused.

Have someone quiz you. Make flashcards. Invent songs to help you remember important points, and use mnemonic messages.

3 words: Have no doubt

Believe in yourself. You studied so you won't fail.
And if you freeze...go heat yourself..

STUDY; STUDY; STUDY. I use to sing my answers on a tune that I liked. Just like lyrics.
