durning the day im sooo tired that i acn barley hold my eyes open but at night when im lying in my bed i cant seem to go to sleep its like any little thing will wake me up and then it will take me another 30min to fall back asleep i have to wake up at 5:30am to get ready to go to skool but i feel awful when i get there does anyone have any suggestions to this problem????

A Doctor might recommend some meds that may help you with this. a friend of mine had similiar problems and went to see doctor who helped her out, you may also take some tylenol pm or some over the counter meds for this, ask the pharmacist for recommendation...or try some relaxing things you know the aroma of lavender, natural sounds to help you relax, ocean, rain etc.

I would suggest going to see your doctor and telling him about your problem. Insomnia can have MANY causes which are impossible for us to see from our ends of the computer. Your doctor should be able to help you find a solution that will help you get a better night's sleep.

i would take somthing over the counter before bed like tylenol or advil PM to make sure my chances are good to stay asleep and most arent habit forming

get some vitamins and start taking them everyday and buy some ear plugs that will help you sleep.

wow hun, stay in school because you're spelling sucks. maybe you should change you're diet and get more exercise.
