Ultimate Truth exists, whether u believe that or don't, because Ultimate Truth isn't an object, or a finite "thing"..
If Ultimate Truth doesn't exist then it is "true" that this "Ultimate Truth" doesn't exist! Truth has to exist whether u name it Ultimate Truth or whatever
It is illogical to assume that there is no Truth, because believin in what is True and what is False is hard-wired into us

Wow, this is such a fascinating question.....something that I often ponder. Some people would say their religion holds the truth, but if we truly believe it , place our faith in it, does this necessarily make it Truth?? Others say we find it in ourselves, but are we humans, flawed and imperfect as we are, capable of holding the Truth within us? Still others suggest that the ultimate Truth is love, but love seems to cause as many tragedies as it does miracles. Or maybe it's just that we're not capable of the ultimate, sacrificial love that would be required to be the ultimate Truth? Is there just one Truth? Perhaps there are many Truths? Perhaps Truth is different things to different people. Is Truth acheived or attained? I don't know. Maybe it's something people discover as they leave this world, rather than while they're living in it. Maybe the best we can do is live by our own moral code and ethics as best we can, love and forgive to the best of our ability, take care of those unable to take care of themselves.......and hope this is enough. Sorry, this is a novel I know....I do go on. I haven't really answered your question, I've just raised more questions. I guess I'm still seeking the Truth!

The Ultimate Solution more like it.
The truth for certain as to life in general. One million years ago, this planet had large animals that roamed and ate humans for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I wasn't here to see it, but just imagine for a second that everybody is all out there in ape uniforms and clubs and long hair, and leather wrapped shoes for foot wear. They all gather near the water to drink not far from the cave. Then out of the Blue this giant tyrannosaurus Rex comes at you. They all take off running and one guy trips and falls. He is quickly grabbed up by those enormous teeth and his friends watch in horror as he is chomped alive and swallowed whole.
Even the women were tasty back then too!
Man and Woman had to survive and they couldn't even talk. They were savages and lived on this earth never knowing what would prevail. If they were alive today, they would be in shock.
The soul survivors lived long in to the new generations that were born, but the horror stories remain with the dead since the changes enveloped a new side of life and that is the only one remembered, the only one told. Man and Woman survived the most horrible time on earth...every living human being today is a direct ancestor to the ones that died one million years ago..think about that for awhile. One Million years...the world is coming to an end and it is Man that will destroy it.

Read M.J. Adler's "The Great Ideas" the first chapter is about truth. It will teach you and expand your insight into truth and what it means. He goes through relativism, pragmatism, what is truth and what is true. Some quotes-

"To know" is to have in one's mind the truth about the object one is trying to know. (yet) To know is to have the truth.

Truth itself is immutable, even if we as humans in our thinking do not possess the truth immutably.

In the end, depending on what we are talking about, what we believe is true may not be truth. Think about the earth. There was one point in time that saying the earth was flat may have been true, but in reality, wasn't truth.

Read the book. It is based on a TV series from years ago where they addressed a different subject each episode as it dealt with philosophy. Unbelievably insightful and educational.

Truth is constant, unchangeable, and real.
The ultimate truth implies there are degrees of truth in stuff.
If there is a degree truth, then there is a degree of non-truth in the same thing, therefore the thing is not true.
Can we achieve truth? Yes, but people may not like us, for the truth often hurts and is not what people want.

Sometime I think there is only truth. No matter what the person place or thing, action or non action, all is a part of this thing called reality.

There is not one thing that can not be a part of this reality.

So in essence, everything that exists, exists because it is real, and by extension true.

the ultimate truth is the the thing that challenges the statement that states "nothing is permanent in this world-except change"...

and yet change is also a truth. how do we achieve such intricate perception? accepting it as it is. realizing its conceptualization. embracing it's reason and acknowledging it exists...

Truth is like beauty. It exists only in the eyes of the beholder.

Can an ultimate Truth exist and yet be so weak that it is not inevitably accessible to all?
