most of the best musicians are that way because they are brilliant, and suffer from serious mental health issues like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. They also turn to drugs because of their severe depression. This can lead them to either overdosing on illegal drugs, committing suicide, or both.

Good question. Today Buddy Holly, who died at age 22, would have turned 70 years old. I have no idea why they leave us so young. Have you considered how many musicians died at the age of 27? From Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin to Kurt Cobain, don't you find it strange? I do, but also find it very interesting.

They don't - Prince, Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles, Johnny Cash, George Clinton, Paul McCartney, Bob Dylan, Chaka Khan, Miles Davis, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald...
They're still alive OR they died at a ripe old age.

because they have a big 'tikun' or life purpose, so GD takes them away once they fulfill their purporse. the good ones do it early so are taken early.
