This is just translating the words into an expression:
"My car has 23500 miles right now"
23500.

"If drive m miles every day"
m

"for 2 weeks"
2x7 = 14

"..then how many miles I have on my car?"
add +

So you can express the number of miles as:
23500 + 14m

For example if I drove 100 miles a day, you'd have
23500 + 14x100 = 24900 miles.

The answer is:
23500 + 14m
