OK, i'll admitt it. I'm kinda young and i masturbate. I feel guilty. None of my family knows. I dont even tell my friends because they might get mad at me and think i'm wrong. Is this normal? Am i wrong?

no, Its perfectly normal. Im a boy and I talk with my friends About it and even some girls, and they talk to me about theirs. its perfectly natural. =]

Masturbation feels good, appears to solve certain problems, and certainly requires little. Also, a large proportion of people practise it. But all this doesn't make it ideal. It shares similar traits to other social vices such as alcoholism, illicit drug use and promiscuity- they all promote a false sense of ones self, giving temporary highs whilst making it more difficult to find true joy and peace. If it was so great you wouldn't hide it from your family.
Your desires aren't wrong but you should learn to mange them well. Remember that the same fire that keeps you warm can burn you if you don't manage it well!

No reason to feel guilty. No reason for anyone else to know. You are learning about your body. Your are relieving stress. You are not harming anyone. All sounds positive to me. Enjoy.
