For me, it's a tie between Young Avengers and Runaways. I love Billy and Teddy (and Tommy and Eli...) in Young Avengers, but I also love Victor and Molly (she got to punch out Wolverine! That was so cool!) and Old Lace in Runaways. I'm obviously happy they have their own crossover LS as part of the Civil War. Teen Titans used to be good, but they were better as Young Justice. And the title has totally tanked since they pulled the OYL stunt.

The New Mutants (jr. X-Men) used to be good. They had some excellent writers working on the books.
Teen Titans from WAY back in the day was also pretty good.

I really like the OUTSIDERS--even though they really aren't many teens in the group!
The Young avengers--is a very powerful group!
