If i were you i would not get/ look for a lawyer that represents you for free. They most likely will not be very good. Anything that is free usually ends out badly done. Ask people that you trust for advice.

Don't the police people provide one? i see on a lot of movies and when someone is arrest the police say:
"You have the right to remain silent..........You have the right to an attorney, if you can't afford one, one will be appointed to you....."
