Don't know where you live, but they do have water parks for kids. It is like fun things for kids. There is no safe real beach, you have to watch them very close, especially if young. I lived next to a beach for 8 yrs, and took my kids, but they were not really young, but still had to watch them. There is a time of the day that the tide comes in, and that is when all of a sudden the safe area they are playing in, becomes water and waves. If highly supervised, you can do it, but it is tough. All sorts of glass, stuff on the beach that the ocean washes up, so that is another challenge. If you walk with them and oversee what they pick up, that is the best. I would go to a water park, they would have more fun. Some of them have beaches too.

depends on where u live, i really cant answer because i dont know what state ur in. there's tons of beaches in America and some are safe and stuff but i kinda cant answer u. sorry
