I wouldn´t. But, then, English is not my first language.
Just to try:
To me, "tomorrow" is directly linked to the rest of the sentence. I would say that by placing it where you did, you are emphasizing the day.
Now, if "tomorrow" was placed in the last position, I would put a comma before it.
