I am not gay, and I don't think we need to involve the police into this, and yes, I guess I will confront him about it. He's really creeping me out!

ummm... well maybe he likes you. maybe he is not gay...? maybe he is metro sexual- meaning he dresses femenin and acts very proper. Honny I think he likes you, but if he is creeping you out, tell him the truth. Ask him if he likes you, and that you are recieving his actions like he likes you.
