I have been to both places and it is hard to say. There is a lot to see and do in Paris. But, Venice is an interesting place with all the canals and the boats, plus you can visit Lido, a small island separate from Venice that has its own small beach. Additionally, both cities are dirty, but there are spots you can go that aren't that bad, such as Lido. Overall, I guess it depends on which I would want to do - sit back and relax (then would chose Venice); or, want to see a lot and do a lot (then would chose Paris).

PARIS!

Venice is beautiful, but you can do the entire city a day, whereas Paris is equally, if not more beautiful, but you can live there for years and still have things to do. It's an absolutely breathtaking city and there is something for everyone there. Venice is great, but it's difficult to get away from the busy tourist areas, and thus you miss out on an authentic experience.

Paris definitely. You can't compare these two cities. Two weeks in Paris isn't enough to see everything the city offers, and Venice is a small stinky place you can go for a one-day trip if you really want to. It is the most interesting in February or March (not sure) - in the time of the Carnival.

Paris- The whole city is beautifule, like a museum- so detailed. Venice is a trash Can. Beautful, but only because it's different- water streets and all that....but Paris has more to do and the people are nicer ( no matter what people say)

Paris oh Paris! I actual have been to the two and that i like Paris no person what each and every physique says. whether Venice is that certainly one of those alluring city with the water for streets, very romantic and unique, I in simple terms choose Paris. Paris is the city of affection, has the renowned Eiffel excursion, the Seine, and the food. So i might stay in Paris.

Paris definetely. You can spend a month in Paris whitout seeing everything, while you could know Venice in max 2 days. But both cities have their own charms in different ways. Depends on the time you can spare. have fun

I have been to both. and to Paris, you can never go once.. It has much to offer; art, cuisine, fashion, history.. It is like the capital of continental Europe. A travel to the old continent should begin from Paris.
Forget all, it is much more famous than Venice, if you are impressed with fames of cities :)
