when im having sex i cant feel anything you no like when you have sex its this feeling of passion it feels good not to me i dont feel nothing

This is not as unusual as you think and can be contributed to many things.
1. sexual trauma when young
2. not enough foreplay
3. wrong position when having sex
4. guilt over "casual sex" (not everyone can have sex without love)
5. guy peaking before you do
Try taking some control over the situation. Experiment and find positions that make you feel something. Insist on a lot of foreplay. Do not use the missionary position as it is the least stimulating for a female.
If none of this works, see your gyn to see if he can find a problem and, if not, you may have to be referred for further evaluation. (I'm an R.N.)

The type of Doctor you need is Psychiatrist, your body is fine, it is your brain, if you can't afford an M.D. you can always see a therapist. If you are low on funds, call County Mental Health
