They certainly won't stick up smartly, and will possibly sag - think about it all that skin was held taut by the implant. Now that is removed, it won't be as firm as before. But youthful skin will not make the sag look bad. Also depends how long you've had the implant - if not too long, skin may still be as before and not stretched. Just a thought from a non-expert. Ask the surgeon! That's part of your informed consent!

Depending on how big the implant being removed is, then they can sag dramatically, as the skin on the breasts has been stretched it will have lost most of it elastisity and will not return to its former shape. If the implant has been put in because of sagging and the skin hasn't been stretched, but just filled then they should retern to how they were prior to the implant. i hope this helps !

I would suggest you ask your doctor for a good answer.

It's difficult to tell without knowing what your breasts are like (sorry, but it is)

Try not to worry too much because it will probably not be as bad as you think.

At least you will be REAL, and most men prefer that (and women)

I have implants and I sympathise.

Good luck xx

THE SKIN IS SAGGY AS IT HAS BEEN STRETCH FOR THE IMPLANT TO GO IN, BUT I WOULD IMAGINE THE SURGEON WOULDNT LEAVE IT LIKE THAT, BUT EVERY ONE IS DIFFERENT
