I know about snake, zero suit samus, wario, pit, and meta kight, but are there other newbies? I think wolf O'donnel is in, but I don't know any other new additions. I'm a huge fan of these games, I'd appreciate any info.

I don't know for sure. I've heard rumors, but they might be untrue. I heard, for example, that Nintendo is trying to get the rights from Capcom to put Mega Man in the game, and I also heard speculation that Sonic might be included (but people have been saying that since Sega went software only).
I'm not very good at fighters and even I'm really excited about SSBB. I hope they release some more info soon.

May 11, 2006 - Nintendo unveiled a spectacular video of Super Smash Bros. Brawl for the company's upcoming Wii console. The new characters are Wario, Kid Icarus, Zero Suit Samus, Metaknight, and Solid Snake. Unfortunatly, there are no new characters other than that. Unless of course they pull a fast one on us, which is doubtful.
