converse, dark jeans, a tshirt. and cuts on their wrist. dont try and look emo. i have to say i really hate it. theres gotta be a better way to dress than that.

Wow. First off, I get called emo simply because I wear tight jeans (Im a guy, and where tight guy jeans, not girl jeans) and converse. People automatically assume "OMG he's EMO!" I don't even like emo, music, as a matter of fact, I hate it. Its the dumbest lable ever. Emo is a type of music. When talking about a person, youre pretty much calling them emotional. Kids of the emo scene dress usually in clothes taht are tight, a band tee shirt or hoody.
IT IS A SCEENNNE, and kids in my school try too hard to be in it.

To tell you the truth their isn't really a such thing as a particular style despite popular belief. Goths were black to mourn for their generation. The "popular" emo style consist of ICP and Marylin Manson T's and baggy shain link pants... Trust me though todays Idea of emo and goth are totally off.

There really isn't a defined style of what is "emo". They would normally wear band t-shirts, jeans, Vans/Converses. Hair is most often dyed black and wore long over the face.

Are you trying to be a wannabe emo...cuz you don't ask what you wear...then you are just a poser..but mostly all black, fishnets, blackeyeliner, and chains....not trying to sterotype.

Basically all black even there lip stick and finger nails. Definetly not a fashion statement. I hate it when they where such tight pants that are chick pants.
