of course and sometimes the road back,well in my case ,has been even more difficult to catch up to where I left off.Its almost a rediscover phase and starting all over again,from how to get dressed to being somewhat social(coming from someone who had it all, the social diva who never had a dull or boring moment)to a tom boy who never went out for some time,but the road to become who GOD needs me to become,has been so frustrating,but in the end its all for a reason,Good Luck
