I always say that it must be blissful to be stupid. The people that dont bother to look before changing lanes, or the people that stop their shopping cart in the middle of a busy aisle and are completely oblivious to the 20 people behind them. I wonder how so many people go thru life without hurting themselves. I think that they are so wrapped up and preoccupied with themselves to even know that they are stupid. I have to stop worrying about so many things like whether i a m inconviencing people. I am gonna be one of the stupid from now on.

Are you talking about People Who Do Dumb Things? We all do those, however smart, though some people seem to make a full-time hobby of it.
Or are you talking about how well-educated (or not) people are? Many people who aren't well-educated also dismiss the worth of "book larnin'" -- many do not.
Or are you talking about intelligence? In my experience, everyone is a very good judge of the intelligence of people less intelligent than they, but not as good judges of those more intelligent than they, unless the other is WAY beyond them.
I'll leave you with a line from As You Like It: The fool doth think he is wise; but the wise man knows himself to be a fool.

they have no idea. they go around thinking theyre like anybody else but spell like most of the folks online and talk in almost illegible language oftentimes. at some point they might be told...but theyre too stupid to believe it.

i really dont think that stupid people know their stupid, they useually seem to think that they are always right about everything. I really hate stupid people, and i think they should be sent to special camp.
