Someone from my school made a website from freewebs.com and there saying things about me on it. Who would i talk to, to find out who the person is. Or how could i get them to deliete the web page?

Thats slander and is a crime. However, you would need to consult a lawyer to subena freewebs.com for the information about the site creator, and then send them a legal letter telling them you will sue them if they dont cease and disist. You said school. so im assuming you dont have the much money, so why dont you just go through the gossip that exists and try to figure it out yourself and then *tell* the person you will hire a lawyer if they dont stop slandering you?

go to freewebs.com look for the contact us link
and get in touch with them there
give them the link tell them whats going on
they will take care of it cause its illegal
